Paul’s professional background includes a BA (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Victoria, a Diploma in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Executive Coaching training from the Coach Training Institute, and extensive courses in consulting and facilitation. Paul continues to stay on top of the latest theories in organizational development, integrating current practices into his work with his clients.
Certified by Psychometrics Canada to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and the EQI emotional intelligence assessment. Paul has also held the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the BC Human Resources Management Association.
