Strategy

Your strategy creates direction and commitment by setting out who you are, where you are going, and how you plan to get there.

The key elements of a strategy are:

  • Vision – your aspirations for the future
  • Mission – the business you are in to achieve the vision
  • Values – your guiding principles
  • Strategic Goals/Objectives – your 3-5 long term priorities
  • Key Actions – the steps you will take this year to achieve your goals
  • Accountabilities – identifying the people who will deliver the Key Actions
  • Metrics – the measures that tell you how you are progressing What We Do
  • Situational assessment (surveys, interviews, SWOT analysis)
  • Strategic plan development
  • Business plan/annual plan development
  • Measurement system design (e.g. Balanced Scorecard)
  • Execution support (coaching, quarterly checkups, etc)
